Customer's reviews
EDIT: They called me the same day and asked what they could do to make it better. It seems to have been a misunderstanding overall between what info the call center got and the main shop. They were able to compensate me for my time and gas lost and they gave me a very cordial call apologizing. I am updating my review star rating overall. I recommend them if you don’t have an imported vehicle ha.
ORIGINAL REDACTED AND OUTDATED REVIEW: June 19 in the morning, the young lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me that they don’t service my type of vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous that they don’t tell you ahead of time or over the phone or anything. They don’t pay attention to the details it seems, decided to go to another spot instead, they were willing to accept my vehicle for servicing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Tint Work – Highly Recommend!
I had my door and windows tinted by Black Tint Optics and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.
They were very responsive, explained the different tint options clearly, and helped me choose what would work best for my home. The installation was done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail—no bubbles, no mess, just clean, high-quality work.
The tint has already made a noticeable difference by reducing heat and glare, and it also adds a nice level of privacy. My space feels much more comfortable now.
If you’re looking for reliable and professional window tinting, I definitely recommend Black Tint Optics. I’ll be using them again in the future!

Came all the way from Arlington after reading all the good reviews , the appointment & check in process was very smooth , i was very clear i need a light tinting on the front (driver & passenger) or same percentage as the rear or lighter since my rear side back are factory privacy glass i don’t know really much about the percentages %5 , %35 , when they finished the work and i left the store i realized that front is darker than the rear which is making the car looking really weird , I gave then a call but the lady said she will discuss with the manager and will call me back about the issue lets see wts gonna happen .
Update : thank you black optix for the prompt support, after a receiving a message from the customer service went to the shop and they replaced my car tinting, thank you
